What is Hospitality management?
A hotel manager or hotelier is someone who takes care of everyday function and management of the hotel. Larger hotels also have management teams, instead of single managers, this is where member of the group start to specialize on a certain interest. Making the customer feels safe, at home, and comfy is all part of hospitality management. Meeting needs of all sorts needs to be thought over and is processed between needs and wants. Hospitality is based on the needs of the customer and what is needed for their basic survival. This includes food, water, air, and warmth. Satisfying the customer is what the business is all about.
